The Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team in a fast-paced short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all nursing operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
- Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.
- Oversee infection prevention and clinical quality programs.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing leaders and staff.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor resources.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional resident outcomes.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and engaged clinical culture.
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is strongly preferred.
- Experience leading a fast-paced short-term rehabilitation and post-acute program.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and Quality Measures.
- Proven leadership in staff development, clinical operations, and quality improvement.
