Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin RN License
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to step into interim leadership roles with professionalism and confidence
