  • Booth Space: 8′ x 8′ pipe and drape exhibit area with a 6′ table, 2 chairs, and shared Wi-Fi internet.

  • Name Badges: Two exhibitor badges included. Lunch is provided with each badge.

    • Additional badges: $TBD each (limit of 2 extra).

  • Conference App Access: Full access to Whova, our interactive conference app, where you can personalize your profile and engage with attendees.

  • Lead Generation Tools: Collect contacts easily—scan attendee badges and generate reports for follow-up after the event.

  • Attendee List: Available within two weeks of the conference.

Additional Options:

  • Electricity: Available upon request for an additional fee.

Parking
  • There is an entrance to unload along the Caepe Ave. Please do not leave your automobile parked unattended at the entrance of Caepe Ave. Please do not block people from passing you to exit the drop off area. 
  • Once you unload, a parking lot is located to the east of the Caepe Ave. entrance.
