Salary range: $93,857 - $126,983 per year
Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

Responsibilities
- Lead clinical excellence by directing all nursing workflows and programs to ensure every resident receives personalized, high-quality care that honors their dignity and well-being.
- Empower and grow your team through strategic hiring, mentorship, and continuous education initiatives, building a culture of clinical competence and emotional support.
- Strategize for the future by developing departmental goals and budgets that align with modern healthcare standards, ensuring the facility has the resources needed to provide top-tier service.
- Champion regulatory integrity by overseeing admissions, transfers, and audit processes to maintain total compliance with state and federal standards, protecting both our residents and the organization.
- Innovate care delivery by evaluating clinical outcomes and forecasting future needs, allowing us to adapt quickly to the evolving landscape of long-term healthcare.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
