Responsibilities
● Lead a culture of clinical excellence by mentoring your team and providing the
strategic counsel necessary to improve daily effectiveness and patient outcomes.
● Optimize departmental operations to ensure we deliver high-quality, cost-effective
care that aligns with our long-term productivity and service goals.
● Drive continuous quality improvement by assessing departmental performance
and refining workflows to exceed both clinical and contractual standards.
● Cultivate an engaging work environment that prioritizes staff retention and high
employee morale, directly translating into patient satisfaction.
● Identify and champion growth opportunities through collaborative partnerships
and internal marketing initiatives to expand the reach of our services.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
● BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross
accepted.
● Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred.
● Registered Nurse preferred.
Education:
● High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job
specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific
experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences
● Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required
● Previous experience in memory care is highly preferred
